Robert is a Dutch karting driver who, for the past three years, has competed on the highest level in karting. At the age of 8 he started karting with lndy Dontje and quickly made his way up the ladder.

From 2015 on he has received support from Dennis de Bruin, Dennis Tijs and CRG legend Michel Vacirca.

In 2018 Robert competed in the Junior class and participated in the CIK FIA Academy, At the age of 12 he become Rotax Grand Finals World Champion in 2018. Robert is also member of the KNAF First Talent program, the leading racing­academy in the Netherlands. 

Since 2019, Robert is a factory driver for Energy Corse Racing Karts runned by Mick Panigada. This will be the first (full) year on the highest level in OK-Junior class. It will be a learning year for Robert, but the year started promising with several wins  and podiums.
